RB TrueSyn 200i is a synthetic isoparaffin solvent from the TrueSynâ„¢ line of specialty chemicals. RB TrueSyn 200i is our NSF HX-1, FX, NX approved synthetic carrier oil which meets all high purity standards set forth by NSF as well as FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 incidental food contact and 172.882 Synthetic Isoparaffin Petroleum Hydrocarbons.

HR-PIB has an increased polydispersivity index when compared to conventional PIB. We offer HR-PIB 2300MW, a high methyl-vinylidene polybutene typically used in the manufacturing of lubricant and fuel additives, emulsifiers, adhesives, and rubbers. As part of our additive componentry line, we offer Zinc Dithiophosphate 8. RB ZD 8 is a zinc dialkyldithiophosphate lubricating oil additive. It is generally used with detergent‐dispersant and acid neutralizing additives in engine oils, hydraulic fluids and other industrial oils. This additive provides oxidation, copper‐lead bearing corrosion and wear control in diesel and gasoline engines. It is particularly effective over a broad range of service conditions, from low temperature gasoline engine to high temperature diesel and industrial oil applications.

As part of our additive componentry offerings, we provide Alkyl Phenol 90%. Alkylphenol (90% para) is derived from propylene tetramer and phenol. RB Alkylphenol 90% is particularly suited for applications where high para isomer content is desired such as an oxidation inhibitor and as an intermediate for the preparation of lubricating oil additives, inhibitors, etc.

As part of our additive componentry offerings, we provide Calcium Alkyl Phenate (CAP). RB CAP is a calcium alkyl phenate lubricating oil additive. It is generally used with other detergent and inhibitor additives in engine oils. It provides base for neutralizing corrosive acids and excellent detergency for upper ring belt deposit control under the high operating temperatures encountered in super-charged diesel engines. This additive, whether alone or in combination with other alkaline detergents, is an economical source of very high levels of alkalinity in marine cylinder lubricating oils.

RB ADS 1001 is generally used with alkaline detergents, corrosion and oxidation inhibitors, in gasoline and diesel engine oils. As part of our additive componentry line, we offer CS 425 Overbased Calcium Sulfonate. RB CS 425 is a highly alkaline detergent and corrosion inhibitor additive with very good stability at high temperatures. It provides base for neutralizing corrosive acids and its excellent detergency prevents deposits in engines operating at high temperatures. In association with other RB additives, RB CS 425 is particularly well suited for use in supercharged diesel engines. RB CS 425 is also recommended for high BN marine cylinder lubricants.
