Reagens SL/48 is suitable for extrusion and injection molding of semirigid and plasticized PVC, particularly for the production of shoes, boots, flexible hoses ecc. It imparts good initial color, good transparency and an excellent long term heat stability with most types of PVC resins, and can be used also in plastisol applications. SL/48 provides good processing properties and shows low plate-out tendency. The addition of an epoxy compound, such as Reaflex EP/6 (about 2-4 phr), improves the long term heat stability and the weathering performance.

Reagens SLX/781 is used in calendering of semi-rigid and plasticized PVC. It imparts excellent initial color, good transparency and a good long term heat stability with most types of PVC resins, showing no plate-out tendency.
