- Product Highlights
THA is a plant-based alternative to standard hyaluronic acid. It has a superior water retention capacity and is able to efficiently moisturize skin and hair. Its softness also makes it a natural alternative to silicones. This power moisturizer not only promotes the growth of new skin cells, but it promotes collagen production that give it anti-aging properties.

Technical Details & Test Data
- Efficiency
Capacity for holding water (Fig.1)
Fig.1: Hold 500times of water while sodium hyaluronate only hold 400times, the water-sucking and swelling capacity of THA is not significantly influenced by PH
Fig.2 3h later after using, the moisture content Increased as below: THA group: 97.1% Water control group: 27.8% This experiment proves that THA has moisturizing effect for 24 hours
Fig.3 3h later after using, the percutaneous moisture loss decreased as below:
- THA group:42.0%
- Water control group:19.5%
- This experiment proves that THA has moisture-holding effect for 24hours
- SOD-like activity of THA
THA has capability of exhibition a dose-depent SOD-like activity (Fig.4) , Furthermore, feton reaction revealed a dose-dependent active oxygen savenging effect. (Fig 5).
SOD-like activity of THA (Fig.4:)
- The skin texture no feeling of shrinking and tightening
Membrane formed by THAis much softer than that formed by sodium hyaluronate. (Fig.6)
- THA form protective film hydrophobic
THA aqueous solution, under 80°C hot air blowing, can form a layer of hydrophobic protective membrane on the skin surface, which helps the skin to be more soft and smooth.
