RECKLI Epoxy Flex-Filler is used for filling and repairing holes, recesses, cracks, joints or unevennesses on timber, steel or concrete before coating.
- Processing
Before processing, both components have to be stirred up thoroughly. The hardener occasionally forms salts in contact with the air. These cannot be incorporated and must be removed before further proceeding. Add the hardener B) to the base component (A) and mix them homogenously until a uniformly gray color is reached. The material on the walls of the mixing cup must be included in the mixing process as well. According to the application thickness, RECKLI Epoxy Flex-Filler is grindable after _x000f_½ – _x0010_2 hours, loadable after 3 – 4_x001e_ hours.

Technical Details & Test Data
- Surface Preparation
- The substrate must be stable, sound, dry, clean and free from oil, grease or wax. Plastics, such as phenolic or epoxy resins, must be roughened by grinding. The adhesion to other plastics should be established in a preliminary test.
- Joints between panels should be 3– 5 mm wide. In the area of the joint, the panels have to be firmly attached to the underground or, if necessary, screwed before filling the gap.

- Protect skin and eyes from material splashes. Avoid breathing vapor that may accumulate in the can after prolonged storage. Please consult the relevant safety data sheet and attend to the indications on the label of the package regarding the Dangerous Goods Regulation. A preliminary test under operation conditions is highly recommended.

Store in a dry place at room temperature. RECKLI Epoxy Flex-Filler is storable for 6_x0012_ months from delivery when kept in the closed original packaging at about _x000f_18°C. Opened drums must be closed airtight right after use.
