    Storage Conditions

    Red V Foods Coconut Cream should be stored under normal room temperature of 28°C to 32°C (82.4ºF - 89.6ºF). The product may solidify or freeze when exposed to lower temperature but will return to its original liquid form when re-exposed to higher temperature. If product has solidified but not frozen, it can be thawed at 28°C to 36°C (82.4ºF - 96.8ºF) for 48 hours with slow stirring until soft lumps dissolve. If frozen, it can be thawed at 28°C to 36°C for 72 to 96 hours with slow stirring until soft lumps dissolve. Once opened, contents should be used up fully.
