Flake
Toasted Sweetened Coconut Flake is used as decorative cake topping, where a distinct toasted flavor and a crunchy mouth-feel are desired. Used as a breading, it has wonderful savory applications as well.
Medium
Toasted Sweetened Medium Coconut is crisp with the natural flavor and aroma of coconut. It makes an ideal topping on cakes, ice cream and pastries.
Chip
Just like plain Thick Chip Coconut, toasted unsweetened thick chips are frequently used in trail and breakfast cereal mixes, where a distinct toasted flavor and a crunchy mouth-feel are desired. More pronounced than the Flake version, it still has a delicious coconut flavor and aroma.
