Typically the easiest way to incorporate WizardTM is to simply add it as the last ingredient prior to adding any thickener or stabilizer. Withholding some water from the formulation to be added to the WizardTM on a 1:1 basis prior to addition can be helpful. Our capsules range in size from 1-60 microns. All capsules come with 30-40% active loading in water based slurry.

WizardTM is delivered as a suspension in water in 10kg, 20kg, 200kg and 1000kg packs.

Product can be stored for 12 months at 35 °C without loss of performance. WizardTM will cake and thicken over time. Insertion of a paddle stirrer at slow to medium speed will redisperse the material easily over 1 or hours.
