"Reprolon Texas is a premier international source for Fluoropolymer materials. Established in 1992, Reprolon manufactures reprocessed PTFE and PTFE lubricants in our 54,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in the heartland of Texas.

We buy scrap PTFE from manufacturers and brokers and recycle it back to a usable product. Repro-Lon Texas benefits our environment by taking other companies’ scrap materials and working them through our unique recycling process, thereby creating less landfill waste. Recycled PTFE is used as additives in grease and lubricants, and it is extruded into basic shapes for use in various applications. Repro-Lon Texas also offers the blending of low-flow virgin PTFE powders with different compounds. We strive to provide our customers with a fairly priced product and timely delivery to meet their molding and machining needs.

Reprolon is owned and operated by the Mattingly family. Joe Mattingly serves as president, while his son Adam Mattingly serves as vice president."

Repro-Lon Texas OX-60 is a Grade 3 product which consist of granular particles. Maintains an extremely slick and anti-stick properties. Suitable for grease applications, purge powder for extruders, braided packings, etc.

Repro-Lon Texas F-20/80 is a 100% pure Polytetrafluoroethylene off-white to gray granular powder. It is designed to provide solutions for a wide variety of industrial problems associated with lubricity, wear, and friction. F-20/80 is unaffected by almost all chemicals, exhibits low volatility, and can be used in continuous service at 260°C (500°F). It has an extremely low COF, as well as excellent anti-stick properties. F-20/80 produces high-quality lubrication properties. F-20/80 is the workhorse in the thread sealant industry.
