RS-2287 is a high density, castable, lead free non-insulating grade filled epoxy resin designed for applications requiring x-ray shielding. This material provides 50% of the x-ray shielding of lead metal at a given thickness, has high mechanical properties, can be cast into complex shapes, and is easily machined with lead free processing techniques. this material is non-flammable and meets UL94V-0.

RS-4300 is a rigid epoxy based magnetic castable microwave absorbing material capable of continuous operation up to 350°F. This material is ideal for fabrication of low power loads, attenuators, ring chokes and other RF absorbing elements at microwave frequencies. RS-4300 can be supplied in custom cast configurations, standard stock shapes of plates, rods and bars, or in pourable kits.

RS-2925 is a castable 15% filled toughened epoxy resin that has the look and feel of a thermoplastic and/or urethane, but offers higher temperature resistance than cast urethanes. Its high impact strength makes this material an excellent choice when urethanes are not sufficient to handle the job. RS-2925 has improved flammability properties as compared to RS-2920.
