REDIVERS

REDIVERS® 300 Promotor 9700 is a crosslinker, which is added to water based printing inks, in order to achieve excellent properties in the final print. It react with Carboxy- and Hydroxy-groups in the dried print. After 3-4 days storage at room temperature the print should be fully cured.The Promotor will hydrolyze slowly in water based inks, therefore it is only fully active for 6-8 hours. We recommend that extra promotor is added after 6 hours.

REDIVERS® 300 PROMOTOR 9700

REDIVERS® 300 Promotor 5532 is a crosslinker, which is added to  alcohol, Ester and ketone based printing inks, in order to achieve excellent properties in the final print. It react with Carboxy- and Hydroxy-groups in the dried print. After 3-4 days storage at room temperature the print can be processed, full cure is achieved after ± 1 week.

REDIVERS® 300 PROMOTOR 5532

REDIVERS® 300 Promotor 5032 react with Carboxy- and Hydroxy-groups in the dried print. After 3-4 days storage at room temperature the print can be processed, full cure is achieved after ± 1 week.The Promotor will react with alcohol in the inks, therefore it is only fully active for 5–8 hours. We recommend that extra promotor is added after 5-6 hours.

REDIVERS® 300 UV Additive 0213 is a photoinitiator, which is added to RESUCAT Cationic UV curing inks of the series 210-14K, in order to boost curing under conditions where the regular curing of the ink is not sufficient. It will react fully with the other ink components and additions are therefore considered an integrated part of the RESUCAT inks.

REDIVERS® 300 UV Additive 2519 is a photoinitiator, which is added to RESUCAT Cationic UV curing inks of the series 210-13K, in order to boost curing under conditions where the regular curing of the ink is not sufficient. It will react fully with the other ink components and additions are therefore considered an integrated part of the RESUCAT inks.

REDIVERS® 300 Antifoam 1293 is a defoamer, which is added to water based inks to reduce foaming before and during the printing process.

REDIVERS® 300 UV Additive 0245 is a photoinitiator, which is added to RESUCAT 210-30 Cationic UV curing inks, in order to boost curing under conditions where the regular curing of the ink is not sufficient. It is designed to fit RESUCAT 210-30 inks, but can also be used for other RESUCAT ink series. REDIVERS® 300 UV Additive 0245 will react fully with the other ink components and additions are therefore considered an integrated part of the RESUCAT inks.

REDIVERS® 300 pH Stabilizer 0022 is a pH stabilizing thinner for water based printing inks. It reduces viscosity, improve flow and gloss.

REDIVERS® 300 PH STABILIZER 0022

REDIVERS® 300 UV Additive 0236 is a photoinitiator, which is added to RESURAD Free Radical UV curing inks, in order to boost curing under conditions where the regular curing of the ink is not sufficient. It is designed for use in RESURAD 230-12inks with low odor and very low migration, but may also be used in other free radical UV curing inks. REDIVERS® 300 UV Additive 0236 will react fully with the other ink components and additions are therefore considered an integrated part of the RESURAD inks.
