Applications

• RIASORB^® UV-1577 can be used in polyalkene terephthalates and naphthalates, linear and branched PC, modified PPE compounds as well as some polymer blends & alloys, such as PC/ABS, PC/PBT. The polymers can be transparent, translucent and/or pigmented. The very low tendency to chelate feature allows RIASORB^® UV-1577 formulations in polymers containing catalyst residues.
• RIASORB^® UV-1577 is particularly suitable for processing and aging conditions where high loadings, low volatility and good compatibility are required.
• The recommended dosage of RIASORB^® UV-1577 is 0.2-6% by weight, RIASORB^® UV-1577 can be used alone or in combinations with other functional stabilizers where often a synergistic performance is observed.
