- In-Vivo Efficacy Dossier: Reduction of SLS-Induced Redness
- Evaluation of the capability in reducing skin sensitization after chemical stress.
- After 14 days, 1% EquiBiotics® LRh cream resulted statistically significant and effective in decreasing the SLS-induced skin erythema by -17.0%.
- Skin recovery
- Skin barrier strengthening
Protocol: placebo-controlled study carried out on 20 female subjects. The study duration is 14 days and products efficacy in decreasing the SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate)-induced skin redness is assessed by means of instrumental evaluation of skin redness (a* parameter) and evaluated before and after 14 days of product use. Material: colorimeter CM-700D (Konica Minolta). Results are reported as variation % vs. untreated skin (T0).
