Example of NS overall structure

Pre-treatment of the material surface - degreasing and mechanical cleaning for min. St 2 or more suitable blasting to surface cleanliness Sa 2.5 (ISO 8501-1)

  • 1x to 2x anti-corrosion primer Rokoprim EP S 2300 / RAL 7035 (dry thickness of one layer approx. 80 μm, recoat time after 24 hours, at 20 st.C)
  • 1x to 2x top enamel with Rokopur Enamel Extra RK 402 (optimal dry thickness of one layer is approx. 40 μm)

The total thickness of the entire coating system is according to EN ISO 12944 according to the corrosion load and the required service life of the protected steel structure.

Note: when applying metallic shades by spraying (eg RAL9006 and RAL9007) it is necessary to observe the same application conditions (thickness, dilution, method of spraying-distance from the surface, pressure, nozzle size, etc.) Any deviation from the standard method of application will change the gloss and the appearance of the shade. Application by roller or brush is not suitable for these shades.
