LURANYL®KR is characterized by its exceptional thermal deformation resistance and hot water resistance with low water absorption, high impact strength, dimensional stability and a low density. The principal areas of application for LURANYL®KR include the water treatment, electronics and automotive sectors, as well as frequently-sterilized plastic instruments in medicine.LURANYL®HT has Vicat softening point temperature of up to 240°C, so powder coating at 200°C is no problem. Heat resistant level is comparable to PSU and PES but chemical resistance is much better.
