Rooibos Ltd. E1CCJ Rooibos Cold Water Soluble Extract 02 consists of the cold water soluble fraction of Rooibos and has a minimum of 24% polyphenols. It has a very attractive chestnut reddish brown Rooibos color when dissolved.

Rooibos Ltd. E2CCL Green Rooibos Cold Water Soluble Extract 01 Acid Stabilized is an acid stabilized cold water soluble extract. This product is more stable than E2CCJ in chilled beverage applications, especially in low pH environments. It is lighter in appearance than E2CCJ when solubilized, but offers greater stability, making it the preferred choice for PET packaging.
