  • Alutherm Moly Number 1 is an aluminum complex grease which contains a mineral oil base fluid and lubricating solids.
  • Alutherm Moly exhibits excellent water wash-off resistance, high temperature stability and contains oxidation inhibitors.
  • The formulation ensures that the Alutherm Moly Number 1 will provide effective lubrication for applications where there are elevated temperatures and loads, where a high degree of airborne contamination is encountered.
  • Especially for use in the primary metal industries where sintering and other moderate or high temperature operations are common.

Application

Alutherm Moly Number 1 can be applied manually or by an automatic lubrication system. The main application areas are roller table bearings, oscillating screens, tar mix installations, hot air fans, Sinter-belt conveyers, SiemenMartin furnaces, converters and casting ladles.

Alutherm Moly Number 1 is also suitable for the lubrication of rolling element and plain bearings except where very high speed and precision bearings are involved.
