Ruitenberg BasIQs Liquorice Paste ZV2273 is a unique method to produce this easy to use, liquid liquorice paste with stable quality and good process ability at room temperature. RudinLiquorice Paste C24 E 55% can be used in a variety of applications, ranging from the food industry (including confectionery, beverages, marinades, and seasoning blends) to the pharmaceutical industry. Ruitenberg BasIQs carefully selects raw materials, to guarantee a high and stable glycyrrhizin acid content, a low ochratoxin A content and stable microbiological values. Dosage level recommendation 2 – 4%.
