Preparation:
Combine phase A and heat to 70-75°C.
Combine phase B ingredients, in a separate vessel, and heat to 70-75°C.
Add phase A to phase B with continuous agitation.
When the temperature is 45°C add phase C.
Add phase D and mix to form a homogenous mixture.
