SabiLize® NEW at 0.5% significantly effective against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans. It is also compared with a synthetic preservative blend of Methyl paraben, Propyl paraben and Imidurea which used as the positive control; efficacy was comparable to parabens. Further, it has significant antioxidant activity as determined by free radical scavenging assays.
