- Recommended for cleaning walls, floors and woodwork and for preparing surfaces for repainting.
- Dirtex is widely used by painters and professional cleaners.
- Directions
Painted and Varnished Surfaces:
- Mix two tablespoons per gallon of warm water.
- Start washing from the bottom of the walls upward to avoid streaking. squeeze sponge or cloth to a damp condition to avoid splashing and run-off.
- Do not allow spots or puddles to stand on floors.
Ceilings:
- Using same strength cleaner as above, wash ceiling surfaces in small areas.
- Clean each area well, then move on to the next.
Floors:
- For asphalt, rubber, vinyl or linoleum use the same strength solution as above.
- Wring excess cleaner from mop or sponge, then clean dirt from surface, mopping floor in areas approximately 5 Teet square.
- It this strength solution does not clean well in the first area, add a small quantity of Dirtex to solution and clean area again.
Kitchens and Bathrooms:
- Mix a solution as mild as possible to accomplish the job.
- Start with two teaspoonfuls per gallon of warm water.
- If this solution does not clean surface, add more Dirtex (heavy deposits require a heavy-duty cleaner such as TSP. Some cleaning may require an abrasive or solvent type formula instead of a detergent cleaner to achieve results).
