EXILIS is a plant growth regulator intended for use on apple and pear trees to improve the development of the lateral shoots, favor the early opening of the branches, improve their angle, and accelerate the entry into production of the plant. It is particularly suitable for cultivars with low branching potential and on young apple trees not yet in production. EXILIS can also be used on apple trees as a thinner, with fruit swelling action. Its thinning action is proven on Golden Delicious, Gala, Fuji, Braeburn and Elstar, while its use on Red Delicious is not recommended.

- You can add 100 ml/hl of a non-ionic wetting agent taking care to put it before the EXILIS. In case of use on Golden Delicious as a thinning agent, the association of EXILIS col wetting it could increase the russeting of the fruits, therefore it is not recommended to add it to this cultivar and prevention program based on Gibberellins is suggested.
- Pour the established dose of EXILIS in about half the quantity of water and, keeping the solution in constant stirring, add more water until the required volume is reached.
- Keep the solution thus prepared in constant stirring also during the distribution phase (la solution must be used within 24 hours of its preparation).
- Use by spraying with a finely nebulized jet and uniformly wet the plant without, however, exceeding in order to avoid dripping.
- The total quantity of solution per hectare will depend on the development of the plants and the type of breeding (on average 3 -10 hl/ha).
- To facilitate the emission of new branches, the treatment should be performed after abundant rain or irrigation and must be preceded or followed by nitrogen fertilization.
- Repeat the application if more than 5 mm of rain falls within 24 hours of the treatment.

EXILIS is compatible with naphthalene acetic acid-based products. Furthermore, it can be preceded by-products based on naphthalene acetic acid amide.
Warning - In case of mixing with other formulations, the longer waiting period must be respected. The precautionary rules prescribed for the most toxic products must also be observed. In case of intoxication cases, inform the doctor of the completed mixing.
