Stoner A206 makes part removal from molds quick and easy, allowing multiple parts to be released per application. It improves molding efficiency in many processes such as injection molding, compression molding, transfer molding, vacuum forming, direct casting, die casting and extrusion.
Applications areas:
- Universal release agent
- For removing molded parts made of plastic, rubber, wax and similar materials from metal, plastic, rubber and silicone molds
- Release agent with FDA approval
Applications Notes
- Shake well before use
- Apply to a clean mold free of previous release agents and residue
- Can be applied to warm or cold forms Suitable for temperatures up to a maximum of 260°C
- Product should be sprayed thinly and evenly onto molds or tools from a distance of approx. 25-30 cm for best results
- Apply several thin coats for difficult applications
- Excessive application may cause sticking or surface defects
