Release agent developed for polyurethane
Stoner E236 is specially designed as a release agent for polyurethane and comparable plastics and is suitable for processing in applications in the areas of injection molding, compression molding, transfer molding, vacuum forming, direct casting, pressure casting and extrusion and can be used at mold temperatures up to a maximum of 260°C. The product is versatile and suitable for ABS, polyethylene, polypropylene or polyurethane .
Stoner E236 is supplied as an aerosol release agent in an easy-to-use spray can, allowing users to target tools and molds efficiently and efficiently. Even demanding areas can be treated effectively and evenly thanks to the leading spray head technology. On request, we can also supply you with E236 in other container sizes, with a reduced solvent content or on a water basis.

Application Notes

- Apply to a clean mold free of previous release agents and residue
- Suitable for temperatures up to a maximum of 260°C
- Product should be sprayed thinly and evenly onto molds or tools from a distance of approx. 25-30 cm for best results
