- Stoner E408 is versatile and the best choice for ABS, acetal, acrylic, nylon, polycarbonate, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene or PVC with mold temperatures up to a maximum of 260°C .
- Stoner E408 is supplied as an aerosol release agent in an easy-to-use spray can, allowing users to target tools and molds efficiently and efficiently. Even demanding areas can be treated effectively and evenly thanks to the leading spray head technology. We can also supply the product in other container sizes on request.

Stoner E408 Dry Film Mold Release is a highly versatile, silicone-free dry film release agent and non-stick lubricant for the manufacture of molded parts from plastic, rubber, waxes and similar materials. The application enables dry coating of tools and molds and ensures quick and easy removal after molding.
Dry Film Mold Release is versatile and improves molding in numerous processes. E408 is particularly suitable for injection molding, compression molding, transfer molding, vacuum forming, direct casting and die casting applications.

Application Notes
- Shake well before use
- Apply to a clean mold free of previous release agents and residue
- Suitable for temperatures up to a maximum of 260°C
- Product should be sprayed thinly and evenly onto molds or tools from a distance of approx. 25-30 cm for best results
