Schlicht Handelsgesellschaft E408 Dry Film Release Agent is extremely effective and economical to use. The application creates a robust and long-lasting non-stick layer on the mold and tool, allowing for quick and easy release of multiple parts per application. The release agent does not contain any silicones, oils or waxes and most molded parts do not need to be cleaned before painting, hot stamping, coating or other decoration processes.

    Stoner E408 Dry Film Mold Release is a highly versatile, silicone-free dry film release agent and non-stick lubricant for the manufacture of molded parts from plastic, rubber, waxes and similar materials. The application enables dry coating of tools and molds and ensures quick and easy removal after molding.

    Dry Film Mold Release is versatile and improves molding in numerous processes. E408 is particularly suitable for injection molding, compression molding, transfer molding, vacuum forming, direct casting and die casting applications.

    Application Notes

    • Shake well before use
    • Apply to a clean mold free of previous release agents and residue
    • Suitable for temperatures up to a maximum of 260°C
    • Product should be sprayed thinly and evenly onto molds or tools from a distance of approx. 25-30 cm for best results
