SCIGRIP

SCIGRIP® SG300-15 Methacrylate Adhesives are two-component, 10:1 mix ratio products for bonding metals, composites and other plastic parts1 . Most metals can be bonded without primer2 . These advanced products are designed to meet specific requirements of the transportation industry, including reduced read through on show surfaces. The combination of minimum surface preparation1, 2, primerless metal bonding and low read through makes the SG300 series products ideal for a variety of assembly operations. Packaging options include 490 ml cartridges and 5 and 50 gallon (19 and 189 liters) in bulk containers for application with meter-mix dispense equipment.

SCIGRIP® SG300-15

SCIGRIP® SG100-15 is a two-component, 10:1 mix ratio product for bonding thermoplastics, metals, composites and combinations thereof. These bright white, UV resistant products are particularly well suited in color critical applications without compromising physical properties. Minimal surface preparation1, 2 combined with a choice of 15 and 40 minute working times, provide reduced labor and production cycle time. Packaging options include 490 ml cartridges and 5 and 50 gallon (19 and 189 liters) in bulk containers for application with meter-mix dispense equipment.

SCIGRIP® SG200-10 Methacrylate Adhesives are two-component, 10:1 mix ratio products for bonding composites, thermoplastics1 , metals2 and combinations thereof. Minimal surface preparation1, 2 combined with a choice of 10, 20 and 40 minute working times, provide reduced labor and production cycle time. These products are widely used for marine, transportation and general plastic bonding applications. Packaging options include 490 ml cartridges and 5 and 50 gallon (19 and 189 liters) in bulk containers for application with meter-mix dispense equipment.

SCIGRIP® SG200-10

SCIGRIP® SG5000-13 Methacrylate Adhesives are high strength two-component products for bonding metals2 , plastics1 and composites. They offer a unique combination of convenient 1:1 mix ratio and ability to adhere to a wide variety of materials. Most metals, including steel and aluminum, can be bonded without surface pretreatment. A choice of 3, 6 and 15 minute working times, fast cure and rapid strength build make this series of adhesives an ideal first choice for diverse bonding applications. Packaging options include 50 and 400 ml cartridges and in 19 and 189 liters (5 and 50 gallon) bulk containers for application with meter-mix dispense equipment.

SCIGRIP® SG5000-13

SCIGRIP® SG230HV is a two-component, 10:1 mix ratio product for bonding composite and other plastic parts with little to no surface preparation1,2. The adhesive is designed to work with a selection of activators to provide a wide range of working times from 30 to 120 minutes. SG230 HV is mostly used in marine, transportation and construction applications. It is especially suited for bonding large structural parts requiring long working times and for filling deep irregular gaps up to 1.5 inches (39 mm). SG230 HV is available in 490 ml cartridges and 5 and 50 gallon (19 and 189 liters) in bulk containers for application with meter-mix dispense equipment. The combination of SG230 HV A with SG220 B activator is recommended only for use above 85°F (29°C) ambient temperature.
