Crestafire® GCS 1001E is a non-accelerated, low-smoke, fire retardant intumescent polyester-based gel coat designed to be applied by spray in a thin layer of 500μm. It incorporates new intumescent technology. When exposed to fire, Crestafire® GCS 1001 E forms a foamed cellular charred layer, offering a high degree of protection to the surface of the composite. It is restricted to a standard light grey color and is designed to be post-painted.

Crestafire® GCS 1001PA is a pre-accelerated, low-smoke, fire-retardant, polyester-based gelcoat designed to be applied by spray in a thin layer of 500μm. It incorporates new intumescent technology. When exposed to fire, Crestafire® GCS 1001PA forms a foamed, cellular charred layer, offering a high degree of protection to the surface of the composite. It is restricted to a standard light grey color and is designed to be post-painted. It is formulated to EN45545-2 standard to meet HL2.

Crestafire® GCS 1005PA is a pre-accelerated, low-smoke, fire-retardant, polyester-based intumescent gelcoat designed to be applied by spray in a thin layer of 500μm. It incorporates new intumescent technology. When exposed to fire, Crestafire® GCS 1005PA forms a foamed, cellular charred layer, offering a high degree of protection to the surface of the composite. It is restricted to a standard white color, designed to be post-painted, and formulated to EN45545-2 standard to meet HL3.

Crestafire® P1-2002PA is a pre-accelerated thixotropic polyester resin with fire retardant properties, making it suitable for applications where fire resistance is a consideration. The product is suitable for spray and hand lamination application techniques. It requires only the addition of a catalyst to start the curing reaction.

Crestafire® P1-3001E is a filled, fire retardant unsaturated polyester resin. It incorporates a special grade of alumina trihydrate (ATH), which makes it suitable to produce laminates where excellent resin flow, fire retardancy, and low levels of smoke and toxic fumes are required. Crestafire® P1-3001E is extra stabilized for transport, storage, and use in high-temperature climates. It is halogen free and does not contain heavy metals.

Crestafire® P1-3001PA is a filled, pre-accelerated, fire retardant unsaturated polyester resin. It incorporates a selected grade of alumina trihydrate (ATH) which makes it suitable to produce laminates where excellent resin flow, fire retardancy, and low levels of smoke and toxic fumes are required. It is halogen-free and does not contain heavy metals.

Crestafire® P1-3002PA is a pre-accelerated polyester resin with fire retardant properties, which make it suitable for applications where fire resistance is a major consideration. It is suitable for RTM (resin transfer molding) and RTM light applications. It requires only the addition of a catalyst to start the curing reaction.

Crestafire® Bio P1-8001 is a versatile bio-resin with excellent fire, smoke, and toxicity properties and good mechanical properties, due to which the product can be used in the most demanding FST applications in the railway, building and construction, and other public transport industries. It is designed for applications where fireproof performance and natural origins are key to the final product.

Crestafire® P2-2001 is a DCPD modified, vinyl ester resin. It incorporates a selected grade of alumina trihydrate (ATH), which makes it suitable to produce laminates where excellent resin flow, fire retardancy, and low levels of smoke and toxic fumes are required. It is halogen free and does not contain heavy metals.
