This natural sea salt is a food grade, 57% reduced sodium product, produced by a patented process. The salt is obtained by natural process of solar evaporation and then washed, dried and then screened. Yellow prussiate of soda as anticaking agent 8-12 ppm Typical, and 13 ppm max. When this salt is incorporated intoa food product, this additive is considered incidental, non-functional and exempt from label declaration in accord with 21CFR 101.100(a)(3).
