MicroFLON FR – 150 is a premium grade polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) free flowing powder. This powder consists of agglomerates that can generate fibrils through thermoplastics compounding and molding that provide the Anti-Dripping capability.

These PTFE powders are Natural Prime PTFE micronized to various particle sizes and are FDA compliant for applications requiring food contact. MicroFLON 1437FG is designed for food contact applications. These applications include: food processing, machine parts, and medical devices.

MicroFLON T-Series powders are recycled PTFE micronized to various particle sizes. MicroFLON® T-Series is based on recycled PTFE powder that offers an attractive alternative to costly virgin PTFE. As confirmed in recent independent testing, MicroFLON® T offers superior coefficient of friction and wear resistance in both nylon and polyoxymethylene when compared against virgin PTFE. Recycled PTFE also offers a significant reduction in carbon footprint relative to the use of prime PTFE.
