The properties of the product are similar to those made by accelerator M, the vulcanization critical temperature is higher than that of accelerator M, and it has significant after-effects. It can make the vulcanized rubber excellent in aging resistance. Mainly used for rubber products such as tires, inner tubes, hoses, tapes, and rubber shoes. Not suitable for the manufacture of rubber products in contact with food.

Shandong Fine Chemical Technology ZMBT is a fast accelerator.ZMBT in combination with ZDEC is mainly used In NR latex or synthetic rubber latex compounding for the manufacture of latex foam, carpet backing, latex thread, gloves, condoms and other latex based products. ZMBT in combination with booster accelerators is used in dry rubber based compounds for the manufacture of footwear, cables and other molded and extruded goods.

Shandong Fine Chemical Technology ZBEC is a super accelerator for NR, SBR and latex. It is a safe dithiocarbamate accelerator and does not produce carcinogens. Among all dithiocarbamate accelerators, this product has a longer anti-burning performance. It is an active agent of thiazole and sulfenic acid amine accelerators.

Shandong Fine Chemical Technology DPG can be used as activator of thiazole thiuram and sulfenamide accelerators. It is used for continuous vulcanization when used together with accelerators DM and TMTD. This product is widely used in tires, rubber sheets, shoe soles, hard rubber and thick-walled products. Not suitable for white or light-colored products.

Especially suited for SBR when used alone or In combination with DPG, TMTD etc. Most active sulphenamide in EPDM. As it has bitter taste, it is not recommended for use in rubber products in contact with food and mouth.
