Shanti Overseas India Organic Soyabean Seed is one of the largely produced crops in india and one of the widely consumed foods in the world. Argentina, Brazil, USA, China and India are the major producers of soya bean. Nutritionally it contains 36-50 % of protein, carbohydrates and fiber fats. Soy protein is complete protein in itself, its ability to lower down the level of LDL(cholesterol), helps in weight loss, reduce in chances of heart attack are the major benefits of consuming it.

Shanti Overseas India Organic Soyabean Lecithin is a natural lipid that occurs in most living cells. It consists of phospholipids of phosphoric acid, choline, fatty acids, glycerol, glycolipids, and triglycerides. It acts as a skin conditioning agent, emulsifier and thickener for cosmetic products. hib value approximately 4 (gives water-in-oil emulsions). Organic soy lecithin is a safe and natural product, with no solvents other than water being used in the lecithin extraction process. Organic soy lecithin is non-hydrogenated and is free from trans-fatty acids. It is biodegradable and for external use only..

Shanti Overseas India Organic Soyabean Oil is removed out of the seeds. It is a natural extraction process in which seed is squeezed to separate oil from it. It does not contain any use of chemical for the oil separation. Basically, oil is removed using physical pressure in a machine called expeller.
