PROGILINE® FI 50100 Foam Inhibitor is a 100% active polyalkylene glycol foam inhibitor. The product is designed specifically for the defoaming and suppression of foam in sugar beet processing applications. Progiline FI 50100 is effective in various stages of the process, including diffusion, liming and carbonation. PROGILINE® FI 50100 may be dosed directly into the system, typically at concentrations of 5-20 ppm, but alternatively may be formulated with other components such as fatty acids or water to create lower cost formulations of lower viscosity, which enables easier dosing into systems. Formulations with water and fatty acid typically require only simple agitation prior to use. Progiline FI 50100 is extremely efficiently dispersed and is suitable for application in a wide range of diffusion systems.

PROGILINE® Gear 220 PG is a range of polyalkylene glycol based synthetic extreme pressure gear lubricants, providing high levels of load carrying capacity and wear protection. The range is designed to enable continuous operation at high temperature, with minimized friction and good thermal / oxidative stability properties. PROGILINE® Gear PG lubricants allow thermally stable operation at temperatures exceeding 200°C, and offer anticipated service lifetimes of all grades in excess of 10,000 hours at 100°C, enabling extended service intervals and in some instances a fill-for-life lubricant.

ZEROL® PAG 150 are fully formulated polyalkylene glycol lubricants designed specifically for application with R-134a in MAC systems. Shrieve ZEROL® PAG 150 are produced in a range of ISO viscosity grades of 46, 100 and 150, in accordance with the typical requirements for most system designs.

ZEROL® 250 lubricant range is based on synthetic Alkylbenzene (AB) and has been developed for use in refrigeration, heat pumps and air conditioning compressors. The miscibility of ZEROL lubricants with hydrofluorocarbon type refrigerants is excellent. Their low floc point, antifoaming properties and good stability at high temperature provides optimum lubrication even under the most severe conditions.
