Silicones P-FDA is designed for mold making where FDA approval for food contact is desired or required. It is approved for repeated food contact, such as making candy or ice sculptures, but is not approved for medicinal purposes or for use inside the human body. P-FDA is a platinum-catalyzed, addition reaction, flexible silicone with excellent tear resistance and tensile strength.

Silicones Gl-1000 is an extremely high tear strength, tin-catalyzed RTV-2 silicone rubber, which was designed for casting polyester parts. GI-1000 is not sensitive to inhibition, meaning it will cure at room temperature over virtually any surface.

Silicones Gl-1220 is a high tear strength, tin-catalyzed RTV-2 silicone rubber, which was designed for casting polyester parts. GI-1220 offers the same advantages of GI-1120 at a lower viscosity. GI-1220 is especially good for molds with deep undercuts and for molds that require flexing for part removal.

Silicones P-157 is a low viscosity, transparent silicone rubber used for potting or encapsulation of intricate parts where visual inspection is required. P-4 offers electrical stability, radiation resistance and will resist reversion when heated in confined spaces. Although it has high tensile strength, it can be easily cut and removed for part repair and then re-poured.

Silicones P-429 is an extremely soft, tacky, transparent, resilient silicone rubber gel. It is a two component, addition cure material that is sensitive to cure inhibition when in contact with sulfur, nitrogen or organo-tin containing materials.

Silicones GI-1120 is a high tear strength, tin-catalyzed RTV-2 silicone rubber, which was designed for casting polyester parts. GI-1120 is especially good for molds with deep undercuts and for molds that require flexing for part removal.

Silicones P-656 platinum catalyzed, translucent silicones designed to be used in special effects or in glove molding. The same base, P-656 B, can be used in conjunction with different catalysts to achieve different hardness. Also, you can introduce additives to decrease hardness and/or create tactile adhesion.

Silicones GI-1040 is a high tear strength, tin-catalyzed RTV-2 silicone rubber, which was designed for casting polyurethane foam parts. GI-1040 has a Shore A Hardness of 40, giving it the ability to resist distortion due to the expansion of the foam.

Silicones P-614 is a fast curing, two-component addition cure silicone rubber mold making material that has a minimum working time of 40 minutes, yet can be demolded in only 3 to 4 hours. This allows the mold maker to produce both sides of a two part mold in one 8 hour shift. Parts can also be produced in the same day from a one piece mold.

Silicones P-125 is a translucent, high tear strength, platinum-catalyzed, RTV-2 silicone rubber, which was designed for casting parts where visual inspection is required. It is easy to mix and de-air, and will cure with virtually no shrinkage. The speed at which the rubber hardens can be dramatically accelerated with heat or with Pt Accelerator at room temperature. Addition-cure two-component silicone rubbers exhibit excellent chemical and heat resistance, but may show some inhibition sensitivity.
