Silma AF1037 is a masterbatch containing lubricant and slipping agent particularly suitable for films, extrusion and blow molding. Reduces friction and help the output of the extrudate polimers. The use with other additives is possible, but preliminary test are advised.

Silma AP1230A is highly filled masterbatch of Not halogenated organic based flame retardants, suitable for PP fibers not less 5 denari (for carpets and textiles), furniture, geotextiles, automotives, films and packaging. It's able to comply with V2 - UL94.

Silma AF1030 is a masterbatch containing antistatic agents suitable for films, injection molding and extrusion LDPE-LLDPE. This a masterbatch prevents build-up of eventual electrostatic charges, but it produce a lubricant action on films used on fast-running automatic packaging machines. Its action will explicate at over 50% relative air humidity. Preliminary tests are advisable in printing and weldability.

AA1303-M is Masterbatch with a very high concentration of nitrogenous substances (halogen-free) and related synergists, specific for PA6, PA66, for extrusion of tubes, films, fibers and more as well as for injection molding. Suitable for obtaining class V0 - UL94.

Silma AP1731 is Halogen Free masterbatch for Polypropilene 30% talc or calcium carbonate to comply UL94 Class V0. It’s according to Regulation IEC61249-2-21 until 35%, Antimony free, could be used in extrusion or injection molding.

AE1046A is Used in the film, in the extrusion of compounds and in the processing of regenerated products in general, it favors the elimination of air or gas bubbles due to the presence of humidity or foreign liquids in the material used, improving its appearance and workability.

AA1393/M is Masterbatch with a very high concentration of nitrogenous substances (halogen-free) and related synergists, specific for PA12, for extrusion of tubes, films, fibers and more as well as for injection molding. Suitable for obtaining class V0 - UL94.

Silma BE2182/A is highly filled masterbatch of Not halogenated organic based flame retardants, gray RAL 7037, suitable for PP pipe extrusion, also on injection molding process, able to comply with V2 - UL94 and B1 - DIN 4102. Can be used with color and light stabilizers.

AP1549 is Halogen Free masterbatch developed by Silma for PP application, suitable for injection molding and extrusion to obtain Class V2 – UL94 or Class B1 – DIN 4102. Excellent glow wire even at low thickness is suitable for Electrical application.

Silma BE2027/A is highly concentrated bromine based and sinergystic masterbatch, on polypropylene (PP) carrier, gray color RAL 7037. Suitable for PP pipelines, fittings and connectors, also for injection molded process. Able to comply with V2 - UL94 and B1 - DIN 4102.

Silma AF1093A is highly filled masterbatch of transparent antiblocking agent for film belove of 100 micron and injection molding. Helps the opening blow film, reduces the sticking, improve welding, give stability output of the extruder. Not problem with corona treatment.

Silma AY1483 is highly filled masterbatch of Not halogenated organic based flame retardants, suitable for foamed sheet polistyrene extrusion, also on injection molding process, able to comply with V2 - UL94. Can be used with color and light stabilizers.

AX1696 is Halogen Free masterbatch developed by Silma for PE film, according to Regulation IEC 61249-2-21, Antimony free, replace at the same dosage the halogenated flame retardant masterbatches based on DBDPE + Sb2O3. It goes well on very thin thickness, it has good light stability and high mechanical performance.

AP1130A is Highly concentrated brominated and sinergystic masterbatch suitable for automotive cables in PE, XLPE, PP, TPV and TPE. For unbroken temperature of 125°C, ISO 6722 SAE J 1127 - 1128, UL1685. Able to comply class V0 - UL94 with 1,6 mm tickness.

AE1190 is Highly concentrated halogenated and sinergystic masterbatch suitable for LDPE film and-or in extrusion isobutane gas foamed products. Able to comply norm - UL94 - DIN 4102 - ISO 1182 - ASTM 2863 - Improve in percentage also LOI value.

Silma AP1372 is highly filled masterbatch of Not halogenated organic based flame retardants, suitable for extrusion PP (pression or discharge civil/industrial pipe) and on injection molding process. Able to comply with V2 - UL94 and B1 - DIN 4102. Can be used with color masterbatches and light stabilizers.
