Product application: 1. Oil-based matt and high gloss wood finish paint: 0.3%, mirror leveling, smooth, for elevation spray, Silok 8244 0.05% can be added to avoid sagging
2. UV varnish and ink: 0.3-1.0%, quick leveling and enhance slipping
3. Baking paint and PU varnish: 0.1-0.3%, leveling, anti-shrinkage
4. Oil-based varnish: 0.1-0.5%, quick leveling and unstable foam
5. Oil-based leather coating and moisture curing: 0.5%, leveling, transparent
6. Oil-based paint and ink: 0.1-1.0%, wetting, quick leveling
Application Method: Silok®353 leveling agent can be added in coatings, paints during or after the manufacturing process, suggested to add after 3-5 times dilution, and it should be spread evenly;
Notice:
Silok®353 will be cloudy until freezing when the temperature is below 18℃(it is caused by its own structure),you need to heat to dissolve before using, it
doesn't affect the performance after many times of solidification-heating ;In order to facilitate the use, Silok®353 is suggested to be diluted into about 20% solution for backup
