- Siltech E-2149 is especially formulated to condition hair, skin, textiles, fibers, rubber, vinyl and other surfaces. The amino functionality as well as the cationic emulsifier tend to drive the polymer from the emulsion onto these surfaces providing efficacy of use and durability. The treated surfaces are soft, silky and pleasant to the touch.
- In hair care, Siltech E-2149 also provides improved combability.
- Siltech E-2149 can be diluted with water before use. The stability of that diluted suspension should be assessed by the end user.
