This O/W forms a liquid crystal network able to stabilize the emulsion, gives better spreadability on the skin and reduces trans-epidermal water loss. It’s compatible with different lipophilic substances and extremely versatile. Hitecream is indicated for formulations with a light and evanescing touch.
