SINTEZA SA was established by HG 1213/20.11.1990. In 1990, when it was transformed into a joint-stock company, it was called "Intreprendrea Chimică Sinteza" with full state capital. Among the companies taken over by the current Sinteza when it was founded (in 1954) are the Aurora Organic Chemical Products Factory established in 1905, the Vesta Chemical-Pharmaceutic Enterprise, established in 1922 and the A. Zankl Sons Factory, established in 1923. Achieving business goals by maintaining core values ​​is our philosophy, our core attitude. At Sinteza SA, it is very important that the way we conduct our business activities and the way we achieve our business objectives do not deviate from the principles of ethical conduct embedded in our core values. As a company with a long tradition, we don't want to think in terms of quarterly results, but in years and generations. We act based on what is good for the company in the long run.
