Small Valley Milling Organic White Spelt Flour is unbleached, unbromated, unenriched, organic white spelt flour is great for cookies, pies, cakes and more. Milled on our restored 1920’s roller mill and sifted through an 18 layer sifter, our white spelt flour is soft, pure and fresh. White spelt flour can be substituted for all-purpose wheat flour. For the best results, remember to use either more flour or less liquid when substituting spelt flour in a wheat flour recipe.
