Snee Chemical Co. was founded in 1947 by William G. Snee and Kenneth Landry Sr. in the City of New Orleans, Louisiana, in the heart of our warehouse district. Originally named W.G. Snee Co., Bill Snee and Ken Landry Sr. built the company into a fixture on South Peters St. where it was well-known for it's commitment to customer service among the janitorial supply industry from Baton Rouge to Empire, Louisiana. In keeping with the family tradition of hard work and quality service, son-in-law Richard J. Hartwell took over the company from the then-retiring Ken Landry. Changing the name to "Snee Chemical Company," he moved the warehouse to a larger location on Tchoupitoulas Street (just a few blocks away from the South Peters St. address), and through great initiative, created a larger scale of distribution spanning Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Texas. Richard Hartwell was also responsible for building our current building in the Elmwood Industrial Business Park in Harahan.

Snee Chemical Liquid Fabric Softener: 02 LFS provides clothes and fabrics with premium softening. Other attributes such as easier ironing, antistatic and non-yellowing properties allow this product to be used in many applications. Use in homes, commercial laundries, diaper services, hospitals, nursing homes, hotels, motels and restaraunts. Dilutions will vary.

Snee Chemical All Purpose Neutral Cleaner: 02 APC is biodegradable, and practical for all types of surface cleaning. Especially effective as a rinse to neutralize the pH on floors after a wax stripper has been used. Won't harm waxed floors. This cleaner is mild to the hands or any surface when diluted correctly; it can be used to clean floors, painted woodwork, tile, dishes, tables, and can be used as a car wash. U.S.D.A. Authorized (A1).

Snee Chemical All Purpose Neutral Cleaner: 02 APC

Snee Chemical Citrus Solvent: 02 CS is powerful natural citrus oil solvent degreaser and deodorizer was formulated to outperform petroleum based degreasers. This heavy concentrate emulsifies grease, oils and fats quickly and without the use of organic halides. The lemon by-products in this degreaser have a strong natural fragrant deodorizing effect. Ideal for degreasing concrete floors, equipment, engine parts, bilge, and metal surfaces. This product is so strong that it emulsifies when mixed with water to remove grease, oil, tar, asphalt, adhesives, printing inks, tire marks and soap scum. This product is also an efficient drain maintainer and deodorizer.

Snee Chemical Amono Pine: 02 AP1 is 10% Pine oil cleaner plus ammonia. This cleaner combines the cleaning and deodorizing actions of pine oil with ammonia for extra effectiveness in one cleaner ... cuts greasy dirt fast and is ideal for heavy-duty institutional use. This product can be used to mop floors and to remove grease, mold and mildew. It can also be used as a general deodorizer and cleaner for toilets, bathrooms, restroom surfaces, shower stalls, and similar surfaces.

Snee Chemical Snee Window Cleaner: 02 WC is a ready-to-use economical, fast-action glass cleaner. Ammoniated formula dries quickly and helps cut dirt and removes smudges and fingerprints. Continued use helps prevent excess fogging and fingerprinting. Grease, grime, soot, even lipstick are easily removed. Also does the same great cleaning job on refrigerators, stainless steel, chrome, display cases, plastic, television screens and mirrors.
