GREENQUAT® BT determines in vitro bacteriostatic and bactericidal activity against the S. aureus, S. epidermidis, C. albicans, E. coli, P. aeruginosa and A. brasiliensis strains. The product is more effective against P, aeruginosa and C. albicans which show greater sensitivity than the other strains. GREENQUAT® BT determines a bacteriostatic and bactericidal activity against the M. furfur, P. acnes, S. epidermidis, three from the most reliable cutaneous strains implicated in dandruff. GREENQUAT® BT can be considered "readily biodegradable" according to the test OECD 301F.
