Lyckeby Starch AB took over the ownership of both Solam GmbH and Solam AB in July 2017. Emsland Group continues as a major cooperation partner for Solam. Solam AB was integrated in Lyckeby Starch AB in September 2018, the operations are carried out by the business unit Solam. Lyckeby Starch AB was mergered into Sveriges Stärkelseproducenter, förening u.p.a in November 2019."
