SZ 115 is a reactive amine additive used in place of more fugitive amine synergists to increase the cure speed of ultraviolet (UV) cured coatings. When SZ 115 is used in combination with other photoinitiators an increase in cure speed, especially at the surface, can be realized. Recommended levels are from 5 to 10% based on total formulation, usually combined with 5% of benzophenone.

SU 512 is an aliphatic urethane diacrylate oligomer diluted with 15% of TPGDA monomer. Films of SU 512 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit good abrasion resistance, flexibility, adhesion and exterior durability, as well as the non-yellowing properties typical of an aliphatic urethane.

SZ 225 is an acrylate functional oligomeric amine resin generally used as an additive or diluents for more viscous oligomers. When used in formulations with a photo abstraction type photo initiator (e.g. benzophenone), SZ 225 has an accelerating effect on the UV cure speed.
