SOLUTEX NA Omega-3 fatty acids are vital to healthy cell membrane structure and benefit overall good health, numerous clinical studies have been conducted through the years reinforcing the heart, brain and eye health benefits of EPA and DHA. Omega-3 fatty acids are important in maintaining the structure of cellular membranes, improving absorption of liposoluble vitamins (A, D, E and K), regulating cholesterol metabolism and producing eicosanoids which regulate various cellular processes, from vascular and cognitive function to inflammation and immune processes.
