Thus, since its creation, Sotexpro has been transforming fava beans, yellow peas and soybeans into nutritional and functional ingredients intended for human and animal nutrition.

These technical ingredients are developed using know-how in the milling and cooking-extrusion of protein crops.

Our factory is ISO 22000 certified for food safety. All our ingredients are produced on specialized lines and our control plans guarantee their traceability as well as their regularity. We can thus meet the requirements of our industrial customers (gluten-free, GMO-free, etc.)

Sotexpro CELL - BEAN FIBER is natural cellulose insoluble fibers are cleaned of bacteria, micronized and sieved to obtain a product range that has a neutral taste and regular functionality with a wide choice of particle sizes. Which has a Neutral in taste.

Sotexpro Texta pois 65 / 70 is 100% natural (without additives) and comes from pea protein (variety: Pisum sativum). Extrusion-texturing by mechanical and thermal stress makes it possible to undo the quaternary and tertiary structure of pea proteins (globulin, etc.) by giving them a ""sheet"" structure. This sheet structure of pea protein is called ""textured pea protein"". After rehydration, the textured pea proteins have a ""fibrous"" appearance and a chewiness comparable to that of meat, allowing their use in many applications of processed meats and ready meals.".

Sotexpro SATIVA - FABATEX are cooked by hydro-thermal extrusion and are micronized to give them a pleasant cooked leguminous taste while also removing bacteria and pre-gelatinizing the starch. Which has a pleasant cooked leguminous taste.
