"Founded in 1995, Sotexpro is a subsidiary of Gemef Industries, a family company since 1897 which has acquired a long experience in the field of production and processing of legumes into ingredients. Thus, since its creation, Sotexpro has been transforming fava beans, yellow peas and soybeans into nutritional and functional ingredients intended for human and animal nutrition. These technical ingredients are developed using know-how in the milling and cooking-extrusion of protein crops. Our factory is ISO 22000 certified for food safety. All our ingredients are produced on specialized lines and our control plans guarantee their traceability as well as their regularity. We can thus meet the requirements of our industrial customers (gluten-free, GMO-free, etc.) Our Research & Development based in Aix en Provence can develop a specific product for your application or optimize the ingredient according to your constraints."
