- Methodology
Surfaces:
- Type: all usual building surfaces
- State of surface: clean, dry, free of dust and grease
- Preparation: Prime porous surfaces with Primer 150, no primer required for non-porous surfaces. The use of Soudal Surface Activator on smooth surfaces will improve the adhesion of Soudasil N1.
We recommend a preliminary compatibility test, especially on PVD and powder coated materials.

Any claim regarding product defect must be received in writing one (1) year from the date of shipment. No claim will be considered without such written notice or after the specified time interval. DIRECT CONTACT OF UNCURED SEALANT IRRITATES EYES AND MAY IRRITATE SKIN. OVEREXPOSURE TO VAPOR MAY IRRITATE EYES, NOSE AND THROAT. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Avoid skin and eye contact. On Contact, uncured sealant could cause irritation to skin and eyes. In case of eye contact, flush eyes with warm water for 15 minutes, call a physician. For skin contact, remove sealant with a paper towel. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting, call a physician. Soudasil N1 is manufactured for professional use only.

Storage & Handling
- Shelf Life
- 12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +41° F and +77°F.
- Storage in excessive heat and/or high humidity conditions may reduce shelf life up to 30.
Remarks:
- Do not use on natural stones like marble, granite due to possibility of staining.
- Not recommended for use on PC and PMMA because it can cause crazing (stress cracking) on these materials.
- Tests carried out in our laboratories show that Soudasil N1 is compatible with most edge seals of insulating double glazing and conventional PVB films. Due to the large number of edge sealing systems on the market, it is impossible to test the compatibility of all combinations with glazing sealants.
- Do not use as structural glazing adhesive.
