SWT is a direct manufacturer of precipitants, coagulants, flocculants, and anti-foaming products, allowing us to offer competitive pricing and service.

Metal-Rec 40 is a sodium dimethyl dithiocarbamate-based formulation, that is designed to provide low-cost treatment of circuit board wastewater and other heavily chelated metal waste streams. Additional coagulants are generally required when using this product.

SWT-1824 is an anionic dry polymer. This product is a synthetic, water-soluble, high molecular weight, medium-strength anionic polyacrylamide. For best effect, the solution should be allowed to age 30 - 60 minutes before use.

SWT-1019 is a coagulant meant for waste water clarification. It is designed to work in conjunction with SWT’s Insolmet® and Metal-Rec lines of precipitants.

SWT-330 is an anionic liquid polymer. This product is a synthetic, water-soluble, medium weight and medium strength anionic SWT-330 polyacrylamide.

SWT-1030 is a coagulant meant for waste water clarification. It is designed to work in conjunction with SWT’s Insolmet® and Metal-Rec lines of precipitants.

SWT-977 is a coagulant meant for waste water clarification. It is designed to work in conjunction with SWT’s Insolmet® and Metal-Rec lines of precipitants.

Metal-Rec 500c is a calcium dimethyl dithiocarbamate-based formulation that has the same metal precipitating power as the sodium DTC, MR-40, but also has the added benefit of the calcium for coagulation. The DTC goes after the metal leaving the calcium ion free to coagulate. The use of this product can eliminate or greatly reduce the need for an additional coagulant.

MR-1000 is a blend of sulfide and organo-sulfide precipitants and organic and inorganic coagulants. Metal-Rec 1000 is a proprietary blend designed for use with direct filtration systems such as micro-filtration equipment. This product allows longer filter runs and higher throughput rates than competitive treatments. It also results in reduced filter cleaning frequency, reducing labor and extending filter life. Works great in other systems as well where a 1 drum precipitant/coagulant solution is required.
