Product Highlights

Type 7GP™ is formulated with Portland cement as the base ingredient rather than gypsum cement in order to provide greater water resistance. The combination of Portland cement and vermiculite has been widely used in lightweight construction applications for decades. Type 7GP™ is for use in those areas requiring medium or standard density fireproofing where prolonged moisture exposure does not permit use of gypsum plaster or wallboard.
