A dry packed extra firm tofu, it has been marinated with a proprietary mix of a premium soy sauce and special five spice blend.

FURAMA® SAVORYBAKED

Soyfoods of America is the only commercial manufacturer of what is known in the Asian community as “yuba”. When heated, soymilk forms a layer on top. That is what we call Furama Fresh Frozen Bean Curd Sheets. To keep the product from drying out, we keep it fresh frozen. Because it is handmade, we manufacture only very limited quantities. There are other “yuba” on the market, but they are all imported from overseas. You can find our Furama Fresh Bean Curd Sheets served in the finest Chinese in Southern California and beyond.

FURAMA® “YUBA”

This is marinated version of Furama Tofu Noodles. It is dipped into a proprietary mix of a premium soy sauce and special five spice blend until the flavor is soaked into the noodles.


FURAMA® SAVORY NOODLES

This product is actually like an extra silken tofu rather than a pudding. It comes in a 32oz container with a small container of ginger syrup on top. The ginger syrup is made from the goodness of fresh ginger and pure cane sugar. Furama Tofu Pudding is the perfect light ending to a good meal.

FURAMA® PUDDING

A dry packed extra firm tofu, it has been pressed and baked like our Furama Savory Baked Tofu. But the difference is that this tofu is not seasoned so you can flavor in any way you like.

FURAMA® PLAINBAKED

This is our Furama Firm Tofu, but we did the work for you! It is sliced and deep fried so no muss, no fuss. Just cook and enjoy! It comes in triangles for stuffing and braising or cubed for quick stir fries or to add to soups or salads.

FURAMA® DEEPFRIED

This is tofu that has been pressed and pressed again into thin sheets. A noodle cutter then cuts them into delectable tofu noodles. A product high in protein and low in carbs, it is ideal for the Atkins or Zone diet. We are one of a few soy companies that make our own noodles and do not import them from overseas.
