Extendospheres® HA has been designed for Refractory applications. Its high deformation temperature is able to withstand the casting temperatures of both aluminum and steel processes. Sphere One’s Extendospheres® are low density, high strength hollow ceramic spheres. They can allow the formulator to reduce the weight and overall cost of their finished goods.

Extendospheres® SLG is one of our general purpose hollow sphere grades. The SL product lines will improve abrasion resistance, modulus elongation, and the flow of paints resulting in a more durable coating. Sphere One’s Extendospheres® are low density, high strength hollow ceramic spheres. They can allow the formulator to reduce the weight and overall cost of their finished goods.

Solospheres® S-45 Solid Spheres are semi-solid ceramic microspheres. They are an excellent choice for applications requiring high strength, high temperature, and corrosion resistance. Solospheres® spherical morphology are shear thinning in liquid applications allowing formulator to reduce the VOC’s and increase filler loading. Solospheres® can easily disperse in a high intensity mixing or dispersion system in plastics.

Solospheres® S-32 Solid Spheres are semi-solid ceramic microspheres. They are an excellent choice for applications requiring high strength, high temperature, and corrosion resistance. Solospheres® spherical morphology are shear thinning in liquid applications allowing formulator to reduce the VOC’s and increase filler loading.
